Robert received his Business degree from the University of Southern California. His experience with professors that became mentors motivated him to take on a similar role with his students - one that went beyond that of just an educator. A scholar-athlete football player at USC, Robert earned the John Wayne Award, given to the player with the highest aspirations off the field - these aspirations have evolved into playing a pivotal role in his students’ journey to college and the catalyst to the rest of someone’s life.

Dr. Marissa Ericson

Co-FOUNDER / test prep wizard

Marissa received her Ph.D in Clinical Neuroscience from USC and focused her research on adolescent development, cognitive processes, learning, and, in recent years, stress and resilience, the effects of meditation and mindfulness on the brain, neurofeedback, and consciousness.

Marissa has nearly 20 years experience as a SAT/ACT mentor, application reviewer, college interviewer, & expert graduate essay editor. Her goal is to help all individuals create calm and resilience, transcending testing environments, and affecting all areas of life.
